Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Most Bright Works Designs pieces are embroidered to order. Please allow time for us to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time for made-to-order and embroidered items is 5–7 business days.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare and embroider your order and is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders containing multiple items, larger quantities, or special/custom requests may require additional processing time. If additional time is expected, we will contact you.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items identified as ready to ship generally leave our studio within 2–3 business days.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the complete order will normally ship together when all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Processing time should be added when estimating when your order may arrive.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless a shipping service specifically provides a delivery guarantee.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package after receiving it.

If you are ordering for a wedding, housewarming, holiday, event, or other date-sensitive occasion, please contact us before placing your order.

We will let you know whether we reasonably expect to be able to complete your order in time.
